Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on VIASKIN Peanut Patch health outcomes and economic impact.
- Engage national/regional payers, PBMs, IDNs, employers, and population health KOLs with scientific, clinical, and economic information.
- Communicate epicutaneous immunotherapy value (efficacy, safety, patch wear-time, real-world relevance) to support coverage/formulary decisions.
- Deliver educational programs, scientific presentations, and value-evidence discussions for payer/population health audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with payer decision-makers and relevant medical/pharmacy and patient advocacy stakeholders.
- Disseminate outcomes data, real-world evidence, health economic models, and budget-impact analyses.
- Collaborate with internal Market Access, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Commercial, and Field Reimbursement; align evidence strategy and messaging (including designing outcomes-based analytics using internal/external data sources).
- Train internal teams on outcomes/value evidence.
- Respond to payer inquiries in accordance with applicable regulations and company policy.
- Support investigator-initiated studies, real-world evidence generation, and outcomes research.
- Contribute to strategic plans for health outcomes research, value-evidence communication, and payer engagement; ensure compliant interactions.
Qualifications
- PharmD, MD, or PhD in a health sciences field required; Masterβs in pharmacoepidemiology/epidemiology/health economics preferred.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare; 5+ years in HEOR or payer-facing scientific function supporting US Market Access product launches.
- Strong knowledge of health outcomes research, epidemiology, and health economics; expertise in economic modeling and budget-impact/data analysis.
- Proven experience engaging payers/PBMs/IDNs in scientific/value-evidence settings.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills; strong regulatory/compliance and ethical understanding.
- Cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
