Role Summary

The Enablement Lead plays a critical role within Pfizer’s PAVE (Portfolio Alternative Value Enablement) team, serving as the central architect of the team’s data infrastructure and performance analytics ecosystem. This individual is responsible for defining, sourcing, and operationalizing KPI frameworks, enabling brand and portfolio stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Acting as the “source of truth” for performance insights, the Enablement Lead partners across functions to streamline data flow, surface actionable opportunities, and build scalable tools that ensure operational excellence and transparency. This lead will be accountable for brand forecasting for OP, LEs and partner relationships. Lastly, the Lead will be a critical thought partner with the PAVE Lead and Portfolio Leads in evaluating business opportunities and decisions using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Define, source, and operationalize KPI frameworks and performance analytics to enable data-driven decision making for brand and portfolio stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary source of truth for performance insights and partner across functions to streamline data flow.
  • Build scalable tools and dashboards to surface actionable opportunities and ensure operational excellence and transparency.
  • Lead brand forecasting for OP, LEs and manage partner relationships related to analytics and enablement.
  • Collaborate with PAVE Lead and Portfolio Leads to evaluate business opportunities and decisions using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, health economics, public health, or a related discipline.
  • Required: Minimum 8+ years of experience in data enablement, commercial analytics, or decision support within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Required: Proven experience designing dashboards, metrics frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to partner across multiple business functions and translate complex data into business-impacting insights.
  • Required: Strong Excel and data visualization tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire).
  • Required: Strong knowledge of industry data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony, Formulary, Pricing.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS in analytics or related field).
  • Preferred: Experience building integrated KPI systems in a matrixed pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with loss-of-exclusivity (LOE) asset dynamics and GTN-related analytics.
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to automation workflows and digital tooling to streamline business reporting.

Skills

  • Data analytics and storytelling with data; KPI framework design; performance measurement systems.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, health economics, public health, or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Travel as required, up to 20% of time.
