Patient Safety ICSR Manager

Role: Global Patient Safety ICSR Manager overseeing case intake, processing, and reporting activities to ensure regulatory compliance in pharmacovigilance. Responsibilities: manage ICSR workflows from receipt to closure, perform safety data entry and event coding in Argus Safety, support safety reporting to agencies, conduct safety database searches, and contribute to SOP development. Also involved in reconciliation, vendor management, and mentoring team members. Requirements: B.S. or PharmD/M.S.N with 3-5 years of PV experience; proficient in Argus Safety; strong communication, attention to detail, and autonomous work skills. High-Value: PV safety case management, regulatory compliance, process improvement with AI tools, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor interface. Work setup: Remote-eligible with flexible onsite options.
