Position Summary
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated, omni-channel patient clinical trial recruitment campaigns supporting global clinical trial enrollment efforts.

Essential Functions
- Develop and execute integrated multi-channel patient recruitment campaigns across indications and geographies.
- Create digital marketing plans aligned to study timelines, enrollment objectives, patient population dynamics, and budgets.
- Overhaul the company website with compliant site copy, images, and navigation.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media (Meta, Google Search & Display, YouTube, Programmatic) and patient community/advocacy platforms.
- Monitor and optimize performance in real time against KPIs (CPL, CR, qualified referrals, site engagement, enrollment progression).
- Conduct ongoing testing (A/B testing creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and landing pages).
- Build attribution models and patient journey reporting with internal analytics and external agencies.
- Create compliant, patient-centric digital content (ad copy, visuals, landing pages, educational materials).
- Ensure educational materials meet regulatory, legal, privacy, and brand standards.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal/Regulatory, Patient Advocacy, and agencies to align campaigns with enrollment priorities and scientific accuracy.
- Manage agencies, publishers, vendors, and recruitment partners; negotiate placements and performance-based agreements.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, pacing, and resources; deliver executive dashboards and reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; stay current on digital trends, privacy changes (HIPAA, GDPR), and recruitment marketing best practices.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing/Journalism/Advertising/Communications or related); Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in digital media/performance/growth marketing.
- Healthcare/pharma/biotech/CRO/clinical trial recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting patients for clinical trials.
- Patient advocacy group experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Data-driven; strong analytics and project management; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented; comfortable in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with regulatory constraints; strong written/verbal skills.
- Familiarity with IRB/ethics and patient privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).

Working Environment
- Remote; Monday–Friday standard hours with some flexibility.
- Some travel (~3–4 trips/year).

Benefits (if eligible)
- Discretionary bonus and equity award.
- Annual base pay range: $145,000–$160,000.
