Patient Platform Innovation Manager

Role: Manage patient ecosystem development and platform operations for migraine therapies, focusing on patient engagement, growth, and long-term disease management. Responsibilities: oversee platform metrics (registration, retention, activity), design patient journeys, implement growth strategies, coordinate patient support projects (education, adherence, follow-up), and collaborate with external partners such as patient organizations and payers. Lead data analysis to optimize operations, ensure compliance with industry and data privacy regulations, and enhance patient access and experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, public health, or related fields; 5+ years in pharma, with experience in digital patient platforms, patient programs, or prescription drug patient management; familiarity with chronic disease areas such as autoimmune, neuro, or oncology. Skills: strong understanding of full patient lifecycle management, growth marketing, data-driven decision making, project management, and cross-functional collaboration; knowledge of industry regulations and patient privacy. Preferred: experience with infusion, biologics, rare diseases, or long-term chronic condition management; partnerships with patient organizations and payers.
