The Patient Access Liaison will provide logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients, caregivers, and office staff. They will educate patients on TEPEZZA coverage, co-pay assistance programs, and prior authorization steps. They will also educate prescribers and sites of care on coverage for Horizon rare disease therapies, prior authorization requirements, and coding/billing. The liaison will investigate access challenges, report product complaints, and work with internal teams to improve patient access.
