The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) provides logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff regarding therapy access, prior authorization, and financial support programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educating patients and providers on TEPEZZA coverage and access steps
• Investigating access challenges
• Maintaining relationships with patients and healthcare professionals to support ongoing compliance

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of access and reimbursement for infused pharmaceutical products
