The Patient Access Liaison is a field-based position providing logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients, caregivers, and office staff. They listen to patients, interpret needs, and provide answers to non-medical, logistical questions, educating them on therapy access. The PAL maintains relationships with patients, families, physicians, and cross-functional partners, supporting therapy compliance. A strong knowledge of access and reimbursement for infused pharmaceutical products is required. They work with internal teams to improve patient access to insurance, medications, financial support, and resources.
