Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary field expert for reimbursement, access, and logistical support for lonvo-z across assigned accounts.
- Educate provider staff on coverage expectations, coding/billing, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance.
- Conduct site profiling to assess operational readiness and identify bottlenecks (coverage, inventory, scheduling, infusion capacity, workflow).
- Partner with Hub and case managers to troubleshoot patient-specific reimbursement/access issues.
- Support access strategy execution by identifying coverage trends, access barriers, and proactive intervention opportunities.
- Facilitate communication among sites of care, payers, and internal teams to resolve denials, payment delays, single case agreements, and reimbursement complexities.
- Provide real-time field insights to inform reimbursement tools/resources and cross-functional planning.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, billing/coding, claims processes, and payer dynamics for infusion-based therapies in the U.S.
- Experience supporting cell/gene therapies, highly specialized therapies, or one-time treatments (highly preferred).
- Ability to navigate complex access scenarios (denials, appeals, medical exceptions, single case agreements).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with administrators, clinical staff, and financial/reimbursement personnel.
- Highly organized self-starter; able to manage priorities in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to assess site readiness and access barriers.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
- 7+ years in patient access, field reimbursement, specialty pharmacy/Hub services, or market access (biopharma/healthcare).
- U.S. product launch experience.
- Rare disease and/or HAE experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and payer policies across commercial and government channels.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $193,500–$236,500 per year.
- Performance-based annual cash bonus.
- New hire equity grant; eligibility for annual equity awards.
