Responsibilities: manage specimen workflows, resolve discrepancies (125+ daily), ensure timely updates, quality control with 96% accuracy, document discrepancies, support specimen issues, and build client relationships through professional communication. Requirements: High school diploma, 1-3 years in client services or healthcare support, proficiency in Microsoft Office, healthcare and medical terminology knowledge, understanding of HIPAA. Preferred: laboratory or healthcare support experience, Bachelor's degree, experience in physician or hospital settings. High-Value: focus on specimen handling and communication in a clinical laboratory environment, supporting precision medicine initiatives. Work setup: hybrid after 3 months, some travel and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
