Pathologist Associate (Thurs - Mon, 11:30pm to 8:00am)

Role: Support daily operations of the Pathology and Pathology Operations departments, focusing on tasks like Macrodissection and Microdissection to facilitate molecular analysis in a clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities: accurately process specimens, maintain Laboratory Information Systems, perform quality control, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance; contribute to special projects and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a laboratory science or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; proficiency with LIS, microdissection techniques, laboratory safety, and quality procedures; strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High-value: pathology/molecular diagnostics, high complexity testing, CLIA-certified environment, familiarity with biohazard handling, and laboratory automation tools. Work setup: potential travel and on-site duties with possible evening/weekend hours.
