Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a biological, chemical, clinical, or medical laboratory science, with relevant certification (e.g., ASCP, AAPA) or MD; 0-1 year of experience, with preferred advanced degrees (Masterβs or PhD) and 3-5 years of relevant lab experience. Key skills include attention to detail, manual dexterity, microscopy, and knowledge of lab information systems. High-value specifics: supports molecular pathology, histology, and microdissection tasks in a regulated GxP environment, with potential exposure to biohazards and chemicals.
