Pathologist Assistant I (Thurs - Mon, 1:00pm to 9:30pm)

Role: Pathologist Assistant I supporting pathology operations within a biopharma setting, focusing on tumor tissue microdissection and molecular analysis. Responsibilities: assist with slide review, macro/microdissection, tumor content assessment, and pathology report review; perform quality control, troubleshoot equipment, organize data, and ensure regulatory compliance; may train new hires and contribute to lab procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or medical field; certification (e.g., ASCP, AAPA, MD) preferred; 0-1 year experience in a clinical or research pathology lab; strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and familiarity with laboratory information systems; physical ability to handle laboratory tasks, including specimen handling and prolonged standing.
