Pathologist Assistant I (1st shift)

Role: Pathologist Assistant I supporting pathology operations within biopharma research, primarily assisting in tissue-based studies for molecular analysis. Responsibilities: review pathology reports, macro- and microdissect tumor and normal tissues, assess tumor content, mark H&E slides, perform CISH evaluations, and ensure quality control; organize data, maintain lab procedures, and support regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biological or medical laboratory sciences, certified cytotechnologist or medical technologist, or MD (foreign-trained acceptable); 0-1 years experience preferred, with a focus on pathology or molecular tissue analysis. Preferred: advanced degrees (Master's/PhD), 3-5 years relevant experience, and technical pathology expertise.
