Parts Clean and Prep Associate

The Parts Clean and Prep Associate works in a fast-paced pharmaceutical finishing operation to meet production requirements while maintaining safety and quality. The role coordinates cleaning, storage, and preparation of solid oral dose product contact parts and tooling to support packaging schedules across shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Assess the production schedule across all shifts to supply clean parts and escalate/prevent delays.
- Manually clean pharmaceutical product contact parts and QC count check slides per qualified process.
- Load/operate/unload the automatic parts washer; prepare washer solutions and refill alcohol dispensers.
- Complete equipment cleaning worksheets in the electronic batch management system (POMS).
- Disassemble feeders and reassemble after cleaning.
- Ensure parts are available within expiration and documented on Cleaning Tags.
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and protocols.
- Adhere to EHS and GMP procedures and promote a safety culture.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous GMP production related experience preferred.
- 1–2 years pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Ability to read/understand production schedules.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality; must be able to work overtime.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and twist/lift during shift.
