Pain Territory Business Manager (TBM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned physicians to build awareness and drive adoption of JOURNAVX.
- Develop and maintain expertise in clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate use.
- Understand assigned physicians/territory dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision-maker relationships, patient protocols, referral networks, and access/drivers & barriers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans to identify business opportunities and patient-focused solutions; support PTAM-led account engagement in hospital settings.
- Drive sales performance; ensure forecasts and assigned budgets meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Collaborate compliantly with field and HQ teams (PTAMs, field medical, HEOR, IDN, payer account teams) to align business plans and initiatives.
- Role model ethics and integrity to support compliance and trust.

Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years biotech sales; product launch experience highly desired.
- Acute pain product launch experience and successful engagement with diverse physicians highly desired.
- Experience engaging retail pharmacies for stocking and managed care pull-through.
- Experience pulling through inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Ability to understand local patient treatment nuances (care coordination, referral patterns, influence networks).
- Strong IT capability (including Veeva CRM).
- Experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Other Requirements:
- Complete required trainings/background screens/drug testing/vaccinations as needed.
- Live and work within the territory (may require proximity to a major airport).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel up to 80% (including 10–30% overnight) and work after hours as needed.

Pay/Benefits:
- Base pay range: $140,000–$160,000 (also stated range: $120,000–$180,000).
- Eligible for incentive/annual bonus and annual equity awards; may be eligible for overtime.
