Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned physicians to build awareness and drive adoption of JOURNAVX.
- Develop and maintain expertise in JOURNAVX clinical attributes and patient unmet need; educate HCPs on appropriate patient use.
- Understand assigned physicians and territory/market dynamics, stakeholder mapping, decision-maker relationships, patient protocols, referral networks, access, and drivers/barriers.
- Implement and maintain strategic territory business plans to identify business opportunities and patient-focused solutions, supporting PTAM account engagement in hospital settings.
- Drive sales performance; ensure forecasts and assigned budgets meet/exceed territory expectations.
- Collaborate compliantly with PTAMs and HQ teams (e.g., field medical, HEOR, IDN/payer account) to align business plans and share best practices.
- Model ethics and integrity to support a compliance culture and earn external stakeholder trust.

Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 5+ years biotech sales (product launch experience highly desired), including acute pain and engaging diverse physicians.
- Experience engaging retail pharmacies for stocking and managed care pull-through.
- Experience pulling through implementation of inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
- Ability to understand geography-specific patient treatment nuances (care coordination, referrals, influence networks).
- Proficiency with IT tools including Veeva CRM; experience in a highly matrixed environment.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.

Other Requirements:
- Complete required trainings and screens (including background/drug testing/vaccinations as applicable).
- Live/work within territory; valid driverโ€™s license; travel up to 80% (10โ€“30% overnight) and work after hours as needed.
