Packaging Technician 1 - 3rd Shift

Role: Packaging Technician I supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, partnering with Machine Operators for line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: execute and document line changeovers per cGMP standards, maintain line performance by resolving routine issues, distinguish equipment failures from operational problems, and coach Machine Operators on equipment use and troubleshooting. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of manufacturing or packaging experience, familiarity with cGMP and technical documents, strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills; previous Machine Operator 2 experience preferred.
