Packaging Technician 1 - 1st Shift

Role: Packaging Technician I supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing by executing line setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with cGMP standards. Responsibilities: partner with Machine Operators to maintain line performance, perform routine operational adjustments, distinguish equipment failures, complete documentation, and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills/Qualifications: high school diploma, minimum 2 years of manufacturing or packaging experience, proficiency with packaging equipment and cGMP practices, strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred: 3+ years pharma packaging experience, Lean manufacturing or coaching background. High-Value: pharmaceutical packaging, cGMP compliance, troubleshooting, operator coaching, on-site Johnson City, TN, 7am-3:30pm schedule, physical environment involves extended standing and PPE usage.
