Packaging Team Lead

Role: Packaging Team Leader overseeing daily pharmaceutical packaging operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cGMP compliance. Responsibilities: supervise packaging activities, operate and troubleshoot equipment like blister packers and labelers, coordinate workflows across shifts, train team members, and support quality and engineering collaboration. Acts as supervisor in absence, maintains documentation accuracy, and promotes a safe work environment. Requirements: High School diploma, 10+ years in manufacturing/packaging, deep understanding of pharmaceutical packaging, cGMP standards, leadership, and team mentoring skills. Preferred: experience in regulated pharma industry.
