      Role Summary
 Packaging Operator III, UD Packaging, A2 Shift 7PM-7:30AM.
 Responsibilities
 
 - Perform production line duties required to meet production goals while complying with quality standards and safety requirements.
 
 - Operate production equipment and complete documentation in accordance with cGMPs and department SOPs while monitoring product to ensure quality standards are maintained.
 
 - Effectively setup and maintain above target OEE performance across two value streams or equivalent (i.e., the ability to execute across 5-6 production lines would be considered equivalent to 2 value streams).
 
 - Troubleshoot issues at a higher level to reduce downtime and increase efficiencies.
 
 - Drive 5S of parts and tooling across the value streams you work.
 
 - Maintain change parts and tooling in base condition.
 
 - Initiates work orders in the CMMS (Maximo) for repairs/improvements to be planned and scheduled.
 
 - Follows up on work orders initiated to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
 
 - Communicates improvement opportunities through cross functional groups and the setup team.
 
 - Troubleshoots vision system faults and implements resolutions.
 
 - Troubleshoots minor equipment related issues and performs repairs.
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - High school education or equivalent. Having a technical certificate or degree is preferred.
 
 - Electro/Mechanical experience, skills and knowledge required.
 
 - Previous technical experience with packaging equipment is preferred.
 
 - Must be a Packing Line Technician for a minimum for one year or have equivalent experience.
 
 - Has a higher level of knowledge on vision system faults and resolutions.
 
 - Understands work assignments/projects and works with limited supervision.

 Education

 - Shift: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and every other Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
