Operations
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety procedures; facilitate a proactive safety culture and use AbbVie-approved tools to minimize extraneous matter.
- Perform housekeeping cleans; complete line clearances for lot/list changes; blow down finishing line/equipment.
- Assist in setup of automated equipment in primary/secondary packaging within 1–2 value stream(s).
- Service and operate automated and semi-automated equipment to produce finished product with minimal supervision.
- Perform quality-impacting tasks during the run (challenges/parameters, pulling samples, in-process checks, bulk/commodity accountability).
- Sustain 6S of parts and tooling across the production floor.
- Escalate higher level safety, quality, technical, and operating issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate and drive improvement opportunities through cross-functional teams; understand line priorities.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform minor adjustments to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent; technical experience and troubleshooting aptitude preferred; technical certificate/degree preferred.
- Demonstrated focus on quality and compliance with site policies/procedures.
- Ability to communicate issues to engineering/mechanical team.
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs/applications.
- Understanding/experience with POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO preferred.
- Knowledge of related cGMP requirements/procedures preferred.
- Stand 8–12 hours/day; lift up to 25 pounds.
- Work 40–48 hours/week; may work up to 60 hours based on manufacturing demand.
