Shift - Nights M-Th 8pm-6:30am
Responsibilities:
- Perform operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products, including equipment set-up, operation, clean-up, and maintenance in compliance with cGMP and company policies.
- Learn the manufacturing/packaging process by following approved batch records (BR), work instructions (WI), and SOPs.
- Set up, changeover, program, and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
- Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils per SOPs and WIs.
- Complete required manufacturing/packaging documentation.
- Complete training requirements and maintain 100% compliance with assignments.
- Maintain work areas and perform duties safely and efficiently per policies, cGMPs, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Follow directions and receive instruction.
- Communicate effectively (written and oral).
- Interact positively with coworkers and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures and comply with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain 100% compliance with assigned SOP, cGMP, EHS, and training curriculum.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.
Problem Solving:
- Recognize deviations from accepted practice; exercise judgment within defined practices/policies.
- May recommend methods/procedures for problem resolution.
Physical Requirements (selected): Standing/walking for extended periods; frequent stooping/kneeling/crouching and twisting/reaching; occasional lifting up to 25β50+ lbs (with assistance) and climbing.
