Schedule:
- 2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday to Friday
Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, environmental and safety regulations; use required PPE and follow gowning/safety protocols.
- Dispose of rejected products and packaging components in designated disposal areas per procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect and verify bulk product and packaging components before entering the packaging room; ensure line/room are clean, organized, and ready.
- Maintain accurate logbook entries before and after each batch.
- Perform in-process quality control checks and document results in the Packaging Batch Record.
- Verify scale/balance accuracy via weight checks; ensure equipment is calibrated prior to starting operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other assigned functions; comply with company policies/standards.
- Be flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (preferred).
- Experience: Less than 1 year in Pharmaceutical Packaging/Manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Safety, cGMP, and SOP.
- Additional Requirement: Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.
Benefits/Pay (as stated):
- Hourly base salary range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour.
