Packaging Operator (2nd shift)

Role: Second Shift Associate Tech (Packaging Operator) responsible for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing packaging equipment at Bayer's Myerstown site. Objectives include ensuring high-quality product packaging, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting continuous improvement within multidisciplinary autonomous teams. Responsibilities encompass adhering to safety, GMP, and SOP standards; performing daily packaging line operations; collaborating cross-functionally; and supporting quality and compliance initiatives. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; GMP/SOP experience; safety-conscious with adaptability to schedule changes. Preferred: Technical/Industrial Associate degree; 6+ months handling motorized/non-motorized equipment; solid understanding of GMP, OSHA, EPA, Bayer standards. High-Value: Packaging in Consumer Health, GMP environment, production efficiency, digital support tools, cross-functional teamwork, safety and quality compliance. Work setup: On-site in Myerstown, PA, with a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM.
