Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with PPE, safety, and EHS standards.
- Execute packaging operations according to approved documentation and SOPs.
- Respond promptly to alarms and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform equipment cleaning, change parts, and line clearance activities.
- Complete required documentation (room/equipment logbooks, batch records, verification checks).
- Stage and transfer packaging materials and bulk products; verify components/product against batch records and protocols.
- Stack finished goods cases on pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and transfer to the warehouse.
- Operate palletizer and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Remove unused/discarded materials to designated warehouse or recycling areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (cGMP, DEA, OSHA, etc.).
- Communicate with team members to resolve issues; support quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Train/mentor other Material Handlers and Packaging Operators as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1–2 years’ experience in an FDA-regulated packaging environment (desired).
- Proficient navigating HMI screens for tablet/capsule filler, cottoner, capper, desiccant inserter, checkweigher, labeler, case former, and pallet jack.
- Assist Packaging Technicians during line changeovers.
- Ability to work extended hours and stay focused.
- Basic math skills for packaging order start-up/completion.
- Knowledge of aggregation processes.
- Ability to respond to alarms/faults and assess potential product impact.
- Demonstrated safe work practices and EHS/PPE compliance.
- Read/write/speak/understand English.

Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 50 lbs; work at elevation with safety gear; stand ~6 hrs/shift; vision accuracy and color detection.
