Packaging Operations and Innovation Co-Op

Role: Support the Technical Packaging Engineering team through development, testing, and evaluation of packaging materials and solutions. Responsibilities: execute and author testing protocols, analyze results, assist in packaging design, coordinate with operations and external labs, support distribution studies, and contribute to packaging projects and change management activities. Qualifications: pursuing a bachelor's in Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; self-motivated and collaborative. Preferred: prior packaging or co-op experience; proficiency with engineering software like SolidWorks, MiniTab, or RS Cad. High-Value: focus on packaging development and performance evaluation within biopharma manufacturing, with cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to packaging component testing, qualification, and lifecycle management. Location: Whippany, NJ, hybrid setting, with expected growth in project management responsibilities.
