Packaging Operations and Innovation Co-Op

Role: Support technical packaging engineering through material evaluations, process assessments, and scientific studies to aid packaging development and site operations. Responsibilities: execute and develop testing protocols, analyze distribution and performance data, assist in packaging design, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support component qualification and process improvements. Requirements: pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Packaging, Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field; 1-2 years of academic experience preferred; strong communication, organizational, and computer skills; familiarity with statistical analysis software like Minitab is a plus.
