Packaging Mechanic II - 12 Hour - Night Shift

Role: Packaging Mechanic II responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging line systems to ensure continuous operation. Responsibilities include equipment setup, routine and preventive maintenance, minor electrical troubleshooting, repair, system modifications, and partnering with Engineering to install and commission new lines. Also responsible for accurate documentation and training team members on equipment issues. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; 5+ years of experience with packaging or manufacturing equipment; strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills. High-Value: night shift (12-hour rotating schedule), experience with vertical form and fill bagging machines, rotary cartoners, weigh scales, tapers, and conveyors; ability to perform root cause analysis and system modifications. Work Setup: night shift with alternating weekends, based on manufacturing needs.
