Role: Packaging Operator responsible for animal diet packaging processes, including filling, closing, packing, and palletizing. Main objectives: ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate packaging operations. Responsibilities: set up and prepare equipment based on production schedules, complete documentation and quality checks, operate and adjust packaging machinery, maintain cleanliness, and perform related duties. Qualifications: high school diploma, strong English communication, basic math skills, neat handwriting. Preferred skills: adherence to GMP and safety protocols, ability follow detailed instructions, work independently in standing positions, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs. Additional requirements include physical mobility, ability to wear safety gear, and willingness to operate a forklift (certification provided on-site). Work setup: first shift (Monday-Friday, 6AM-2PM), with potential for overtime, alternative shifts, and weekends. The position may vary in level based on education and experience, with salary adjusted accordingly.
