The Group Leader is responsible for leading the manufacturing process of batches using state-of-the-art processing systems, including sophisticated recipe-controlled human-machine interface (HMI) control systems. This role follows a 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM).

Essential Functions:
- Verify product and packaging/manufacturing components prior to operations and entry into the packaging room.
- Check and confirm product, ousters, and labels against batch record, work order, and packaging record specifications.
- Ensure accurate data entry in logbooks and completion of batch documentation.
- Initiate batch records per the production schedule; verify staging status for upcoming batches.
- Print and inspect shipper case labels for accuracy.
- Perform 100% label reconciliation, verify with the vision system report, and submit reviewed documentation to Quality Assurance.
- Adhere to the manufacturing schedule based on the shipping forecast.
- Ensure proper status identification of components throughout manufacturing/packaging.
- Dispose of rejected material and packaging components per established procedures.
- Verify calibration status of equipment before use.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and cleaning in compliance with cGMP; complete ROSS transactions and schedule personnel to support efficient operations.
- Follow Amneal Packaging CAPAs and SOPs; prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination; keep rooms clean, organized, and compliant.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Wear appropriate safety/protective gear and follow the dress code.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Required).
- Experience: 3+ years in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device manufacturing (Required).
- Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test (Required).

Compensation/Benefits: Hourly rate $26.00–$35.00; short-term incentive opportunity within first 12 months; eligible benefits include health/insurance and 401(k) matching.
