Packaging Associate - 1st Shift

Role: Packaging Associate responsible for assembling, labeling, and staging pharmaceutical products in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Objectives: ensure timely, accurate packaging and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities: operate on an assembly line, package finished products, prepare shipping cases, verify lot and expiration dates, maintain cleanliness, and communicate issues. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, punctuality, detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced, noisy environment, with manual dexterity and stamina to lift up to 20 lbs. Preferred: experience in manufacturing or packaging roles in biotech/pharma settings. High-Value: cGMP procedures compliance, manufacturing environment, work in a sterile production setting, physically active role with manual dexterity. Work Setup: on-site in Johnson City, TN, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM, with potential cross-department duties.
