Objectives: drive sales of Renasight (CKD genetic test analyzing 397 genes) and Prospera (transplant rejection detection), expand market adoption, and foster relationships with healthcare providers. Responsibilities: achieve sales targets through strategic territory management, serve as product expert, and develop tailored business plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in diagnostics or lab-developed tests; established relationships with nephrology or specialty medicine KOLs; understanding of academic and hospital systems. Skills: strong relationship-building, territory growth, problem-solving, and excellent communication; proven self-motivation and teamwork. High-Value: focus on genetic testing in chronic kidney disease and transplantation, working within the growing cell-free DNA testing sector. Work setup involves territory travel up to 75%, with an emphasis on developing market presence in Boston, MA, and Rhode Island. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, car allowance, and RSUs, with an expected OTE of $180,000–$200,000 USD.
