Role Summary

Order 2 Cash - Global Process Owner based at US - Teaneck, NJ. Oversees and optimizes the global Order to Cash process, including accounts receivable, order entry, billing, credit & cash management, collections, system administration, master data management, and data analytics. Leads standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and drive value.

Responsibilities

  • Work with regional commercial teams, finance, IT, and other departments to align O2C processes with broader business objectives.
  • Lead development, standardization, and optimization of global O2C processes across all business segments.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and methodologies; develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs for O2C performance.
  • Oversee administration and optimization of process-related systems; collaborate with IT and vendors to manage performance and improvements.
  • Lead global master data management initiatives; establish governance policies for customer master data.
  • Develop analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into days sales outstanding, order entry, sales statistics, and process efficiency.
  • Ensure O2C processes comply with policies, regulations, and audit standards; identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs; lead change management for new systems and processes.
  • Manage third-party relationships (e.g., billing platforms, collection agencies).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales support, accounts receivable, collections, or related field with focus on O2C processes, system administration, and transactional operations.
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards and Oracle preferred) and O2C platforms; ability to lead system configuration and optimization.
  • Expertise in master data management, process standardization, and process governance.
  • Strong knowledge of global O2C processes, including sales order management, customer onboarding, and collections.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment; proven leadership in cross-functional, global teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing centers of excellence focused on process improvements and best practice implementation.
  • Professional certifications such as CARP, CCCM, or PMP are a plus.
