Requirements: High school diploma; 5+ years in customer support with at least 1-year training experience; knowledge of HIPAA and patient data privacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred qualifications include a bachelorβs degree, 2-3 years of training experience, oncology or medical administrative background, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Visio and LMS platforms. High-value biopharma specifics: Focus on healthcare workflows, patient data privacy, compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and support for medical support functions. Work setup involves in-person training, with occasional travel, flexible scheduling, and potential after-hours support.
