Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational readiness, startup planning, and commercialization activities for the Denton manufacturing site.
- Support the ramp up of Novartis' new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton, Texas.
- Drive cross-functional project delivery, governance, and operational integration across site workstreams.
- Build manufacturing capabilities through workforce planning, training, onboarding, and organizational development.
- Lead Manufacturing Operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
- Develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Establish systems, processes, and performance metrics that enable successful commercial manufacturing operations.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Military Science, or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, logistics, supply chain, project management, military, or another complex operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs, operational initiatives, or large-scale projects.
- Experience developing operational readiness programs, workforce strategies, training plans, or organizational buildout activities.
- Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments while driving operational excellence and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across functions.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience supporting startup, operational readiness, manufacturing operations, or organizational buildout activities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, Good Manufacturing Practice, or another regulated manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $98,700–$183,300/year; may include performance-based cash incentive and, depending on level, potential annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package and time off.
