Ops Manager - Project Delivery & Mfg.

Role: Operations Manager overseeing project delivery and manufacturing at a new radioligand therapy site in Denton, TX. Objectives include supporting site startup, operational readiness, workforce development, and manufacturing ramp-up. Responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional project governance, building manufacturing capabilities through staffing and training, and establishing systems for safe, high-quality, compliant, and efficient operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; 6-10 years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or complex operational environments; proven track record in large-scale project management, operational readiness, or organizational buildout; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech regulated manufacturing, startup environments, or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) settings.
