Role: Parenteral Operator supporting manufacturing operations at Lilly’s Kenosha site, focusing on formulation, aseptic processing, barrier filling, and equipment setup. Objectives include establishing and maintaining continuous supply of medicines through expert process execution, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities encompass ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on the manufacturing floor, acting as technical leader and trainer, and supporting process improvements. Requirements: High School diploma or GED; effective communication skills; ability to work overtime, weekends, and off-shifts; authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Preferred skills include troubleshooting, computer proficiency, leadership, knowledge of aseptic technology (isolator, single-use systems), automated inspection, and familiarity with GxP, CGMP, SAP, electronic batch records, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environments (medical device, food processing) is desirable. High-value specifics include aseptic formulation, single-use and automated equipment, and a focus on compliance and safety standards. Location: Kenosha County, Wisconsin, with ~10% travel.
