Operator Packaging - 2nd Shift

Role: Manufacturing Operator supporting production processes at Viatris, ensuring proper operation, inspection, and documentation of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities: visually inspect products, set up and operate equipment, maintain cleanliness, label and store products correctly, document batch records, assist in training new personnel, perform calibration tasks, and coordinate work with colleagues, acting as backup to senior operators. Requirements: High School diploma; at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field; strong mechanical, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes); ability to lift 50 pounds, wear respirators, and handle extended standing or climbing. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics or small molecule production, GMP environment, shift work with 15% differential on 2nd shift.
