Operator, Manufacturing - 1st Shift

Role: Manufacturing Operator responsible for product inspection, equipment setup, process monitoring, and documentation during pharmaceutical production. Responsibilities: perform visual inspections, assist with equipment operation and cleaning, ensure proper labeling and storage, document batch data, and train new personnel. Requirements: High school diploma; at least two years of relevant experience or equivalent education; strong mechanical, communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes); ability to lift 50 pounds, wear a respirator, and perform physical tasks such as climbing and standing.
