Operator II/Trainer, Production Technical Operations (Day Shift)

Role: Production Operator II/Trainer within Alcon's Manufacturing to operate and troubleshoot production equipment, ensure quality, and train associates on manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: manage daily workflow, maintain GMP and GxP compliance, support continuous improvement, and ensure training and documentation accuracy. Requirements: High School diploma; ability to communicate fluently in English; 36-48 hours/week, onsite location; no travel. Preferred: technical degree or certification in engineering, science, or IT; prior manufacturing experience; leadership or training background; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; knowledge of regulated manufacturing standards. High-Value: eyewear and vision care products, GxP compliance, equipment troubleshooting, process testing/validation, training in regulated environments. Work setup: onsite; no travel.
