Our Team, Your Impact
- Perform operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with cGMP and company policies.
How Youβll Spend Your Day
- Learn manufacturing/packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, SOPs.
- Set up, changeover, program and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
- Clean facilities, equipment and utensils per SOPs/WIs.
- Complete required manufacturing/packaging documentation.
- Complete training requirements and maintain 100% compliance.
- Maintain safe and efficient work areas and follow cGMP/SOP/batch record instructions.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer prior manufacturing environment experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical/food processing (minimum 2 years); preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging.
Skills/Abilities
- Follow directions and receive instruction.
- Communicate effectively (written and oral).
- Interact positively with coworkers/management.
- Operate, set up and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.
- Maintain 100% compliance with SOP, cGMP, EHS and assigned training.
Problem Solving
- Recognize deviations from accepted practice; apply judgment within defined practices/policies.
Physical Requirements (high level)
- Standing/walking for extended periods; frequent stooping/kneeling/crouching and twisting/reaching; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (more with assistance).
