Our Team, Your Impact
This position is responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with all regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies and procedures.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Learn the manufacturing and/or packaging process by following approved batch records (BR), work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP), etc.
- Set up, changeover, program, and operate various manufacturing/packaging equipment.
- Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils as required following SOPs and WIs.
- Complete required manufacturing/packaging documentation.
- Complete all training requirements and maintain 100% compliance.
- Maintain work areas and perform duties safely and efficiently in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and Batch Record instructions.
Your Skills And Experience
Education/Certification/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer 2+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing manufacturing environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Follow directions and receive instruction.
- Communicate effectively (written and oral); interact positively with coworkers/management.
- Follow company policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain 100% compliance with SOP, cGMP, EHS, and assigned training.
- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.
Problem Solving
- Routine to semi-routine assignments; recognize deviations from accepted practice.
- Use judgment within defined practices/policies; may recommend methods/procedures.
Physical Requirements (highlights)
- Standing/walking for extended periods; frequent stooping/kneeling/crouching and twisting/reaching.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing; repetitive hand/wrist motions.
