Operator I | Swing Shift (Tuesday-Friday)

Role: Packaging Operator supporting eye health product manufacturing at Bausch + Lomb. Responsibilities: operate automated/manual packaging lines, perform line clearance and cleaning, ensure documentation accuracy, maintain GMP, ISO, and EHS compliance, and support operational excellence initiatives. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; ability to work efficiently under pressure; strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills; ability to read/write/speak English. Certifications: Line Clearance, Serialization, LOTO. High-Value: GMP/ISO standards, EHS compliance, serialization, manufacturing environment, US-based location (Tampa, FL). WorkSetup: US-based, Tuesday–Friday, 10:30 am–9:00 pm.
