Operator I, Production

Role: Operate as an Operator I in Alcon's Manufacturing, supporting the production of eyecare products through manual and operational tasks. Responsibilities: set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment; handle raw materials and finished goods; monitor quality and ensure products meet specifications; maintain accurate production records; review work orders and schedule resources; adhere to GxP regulations and SOPs, ensuring compliance and quality standards; participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; ability to communicate fluently in English; available for 3rd shift (10:30 PM-6:30 AM EST, Sun-Thu); onsite work setup. High-Value: manufacturing of innovative eyecare products, adherence to GxP, quality control, operational excellence, onsite production environment. Preferred: experience in production or manufacturing roles. Collaboration: work within manufacturing team, following SOPs and operational guidelines. Work setup: onsite, no relocation or sponsorship; shift-specific.
