Our Team, Your Impact
This position is responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing and/or packaging of pharmaceutical products through equipment set-up, operation, clean-up and maintenance in compliance with regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies/procedures.
How Youβll Spend Your Day
- Learn manufacturing/packaging process by following approved batch records, work instructions, SOPs, etc.
- Set up, changeover, program and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
- Clean facilities, equipment and utensils per SOPs and work instructions.
- Complete all required manufacturing/packaging documentation.
- Complete training requirements and maintain 100% compliance.
- Maintain work areas and perform duties safely and efficiently in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and batch record instructions.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Your Skills And Experience
- Prefer prior pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to receive instruction and follow directions.
- Ability to interact positively with coworkers/management; communicate effectively (written/oral).
- Follow company policies/procedures and cGMP/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain 100% compliance with SOP, cGMP, EHS and training.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.
Problem Solving
- Routine to semi-routine work; recognize deviations; use judgment within defined practices/policies.
- May recommend methods/procedures for problem resolution.
