Position Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld RF device and warehouse management system; scan product license plates.
- Follow validated packing requirements; perform order weight checks to verify accuracy.
- Consolidate orders by license plate for shipment; print packing lists and ship labels and include them with shipments.
- Comply with FDA and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure all training identified in your Individual Training Plan (ITP) is current and complete.
- Improve productivity, compliance, and data accuracy.
Basic Requirements:
- High school Diploma/GED.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas for this role.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Experience with electronic warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Exacta, Worldlink) and RF scanners.
- Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, computer skills, and teamwork.
- Flexible for cross-training; willing to work overtime with little notice.
- Reliable with good attendance; high productivity in prior roles.
- Basic math and accurate counting of large item quantities.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to work in chilled environment (36–46F); standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and bending.
- Material handling experience; IATA experience.
Additional Information:
- Work shift: 5 days/week, 8-hour days (M–F).
- No known allergies to antibiotics.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- Anticipated wage: $17.30–$34.38.
- Eligible for company bonus (depending on performance).
