Operator I | 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday)

Role: Operator I responsible for the proficient operation of packaging equipment in the manufacturing of eye health products. Objectives include ensuring efficient packaging processes, maintaining GMP and EHS compliance, and supporting operational excellence initiatives. Responsibilities: operate automated/manual packaging lines, perform line clearance and cleaning, document activities accurately, and contribute to OEE and quality standards. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, good documentation, math, and communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Certifications: Line Clearance, Serialization, LOTO. Preferred: familiarity with SOPs, EHS, and GMP practices. Work setup: US-based in Tampa, FL; night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 pm–7:30 am).
