Operations
The Parenteral (PAR) Operators (Entry to Expert roles) will support start up activities at Eli Lillyโ€™s newly acquired Kenosha County site. Responsibilities include formulation, aseptic isolator barrier filling, and equipment preparation; becoming experts in the assigned area and educating the team on proper facility operation. Ensure continuous supply of medicines through running processes, troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a safety-first/quality-always mindset. Support daily activities to meet capacity plans while developing team capabilities.

- Maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.

- Operate equipment and perform activities to meet the production schedule.
- Check execution documentation (Electronic Batch Record, SAP, Cleaning Logs).
- Improve safety performance, reduce deviations, improve productivity, and ensure training compliance.

- Support Site Leadership with area operational procedures, quality processes, and controls for PAR areas.

Basic Qualifications
- Operator levels based on experience/education.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Effective electronic, written, and verbal communication.
- Ability to troubleshoot and triage challenges.
- Computer proficiency (desktop software, MS Office).

Time Commitments & Work Authorization
- Must pass a โ€œfitness for dutyโ€ physical exam.
- Night shift (6pmโ€“6am) on rotating 2-2-3 schedule once fully trained.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Wear safety equipment; work and gown in cleanroom (Grade C/ISO 8) environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no anticipated visa sponsorship).

Additional/Preferred Skills
- Leadership/training ability.
- STEM degree or certifications.
- Aseptic filling, single-use assemblies, isolator technology.
- Inspection (automated/semi-automated/manual).
- CGMP knowledge; operations/manufacturing experience.
- Pharmaceutical/medical device/food processing experience.
- Manufacturing Execution Systems; electronic batch release.
- Continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
- SAP and Electronic Batch Records.
