      Role Summary
 Operator - Dry Packaging at IDAP (Fulltime). Starting at $22/hour with benefits, includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Night/Day shift available. Responsible for the setup and operation of automated, semi-automated or manual equipment in assembly, labeling, and packaging areas in accordance with operating procedures, while adhering to GMP and ensuring quality and proper documentation.
 Responsibilities
 
 - Setup and operations of automated, semi-automated or manual equipment in assembly, labeling, and packaging areas in accordance with operating procedures
 
 - Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality of product
 
 - Follow a manufacturing batch record and ensure good documentation practices during all entries in batch records, logbooks, and forms
 
 - Attain and maintain qualification for operation of assigned process equipment and duties in the area
 
 - Learn and apply knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks in their area of responsibility
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - High School diploma/GED
 
 - Completion of Post Offer Exam, and Completion of Work Simulation

 Skills
 
 - Direct manufacturing experience operating automatic, manual, or semi-automated equipment in production processes
 
 - Curiosity, problem solving skills, and technical abilities/troubleshooting
 
 - Ability to multitask and function as an effective team member
 
 - Good verbal and written communication skills
 
 - Excellent documentation skills
 
 - Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices
 
 - Attention to detail
 
 - Basic math skills
 
 - Basic computer skills, with capability to learn in more detail

 - None specified beyond High School diploma/GED
 
 
 Additional Requirements
 
 - Manufacturing has multiple shifts, including 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule; 2nd shift hours are Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; role is hiring for both day and night shifts
 
 - Initial training may require a different schedule temporarily
 
 - Some overtime may be required
 
 - Post-offer allergy test may be required for some products
 
 - Safety equipment must be worn (glasses, shoes, gloves, etc.)
 
 - Training provided to move materials with pallet jacks and related equipment
